Athens November 6th 2019 – Pobuca (ex. SiEBEN) the fast growing scale-up CRM software house implemented five important initiatives seeking to highlight the contribution of new technologies and CRM solutions to the improvement of business and financial activity.
October was a quite busy month for Pobuca, the activity agenda of which included a series of initiatives and activities focusing on two major pillars: the contribution of cutting-edge technologies to the improvement of companies’ productivity and on how a Greek business will be able to cope with the challenges of a demanding economic environment so that to be sustainable and efficient.
Specifically, within the frame of Dynamics 365 and Pobuca Loyalty workshops, held in Microsoft’s offices, Pobuca’s highly experienced executives presented an detailed mapping of outlooks available with CRM, while they analyzed innovative solutions for the support of B2B sales, customer loyalty as well as the potential for productivity enhancement. Furthermore, the participants had the opportunity to experience the capabilities of CRM as part of a live demo presenting the features of Pobuca’s innovative CRM suite.
Furthermore the company presented Pobuca Connect Relationships, the first user-friendly Greek cloud-based CRM available for mobile phones. Apart from contacts management the program provides for customer-related task management while it also keeps the user updated on various sales opportunities.
Moreover, as part of the emphasis given to AI solutions development, Pobuca organized in October a closed-door round-table discussion with the participation of Giorgos Zarkadakis, Pobuca’s special AI advisor. Within the frame of the event, held in Microsoft’s offices, talks focused on issues related to the AI and how it can facilitate the digital transformation of businesses. In his presentation, Mr. Zarkadakis among others referred to the automation of procedures with the use of AI while he underlined the opportunities available for new products and services creation. In his presentation, Mr. Zarkadakis was accompanied by the CEO at Pobuca Mr. Isidoros Sideridis and the CTO of the company Mr. Stavros Laggousis.
In addition, in the sidelines of the 23rd Roundtable with the Government of Greece, sponsored by Pobuca, the company organized an informative session for its clients and partners in cooperation with IOBE’s Scientific Partner Mr. Aggelos Tsakanikas. The discussion, which was held before Economist’s main event with the Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis as guest-speaker, focused on the financial and business challenges with which a country has to cope with in the modern European market, while Mr. Sideridis presented the ways under which a company will be able to adapt and be sustainable, competitive and efficient.
