01
The missing step is sometimes a person on site
Your agent can analyse a campaign, identify an account to follow up or prepare the next action. But a database cannot tell you with certainty whether the promotional stand is actually in place today.
Bring a person into the workflow for the part that requires physical presence. Send a clear brief, specify what needs to be observed or done, and bring the result back into the systems your team already uses.
Agent request → Human fieldwork → Evidence back to your workflow
02
Start with work that has a clear result
Store and campaign checks
Confirm whether an agreed display, offer, QR code or promotional material is present at a specified location. Use a checklist and permitted photographs to understand what is there, what is missing and what needs attention.
Shelf, price and availability observations
Ask for a defined view of named products and visible labels at an approved site. Return the observations in a consistent format, including anything the fieldworker could not verify. A shelf observation is evidence from a particular visit, not a substitute for the store's inventory system.
Merchandising and promotional tasks
Scope a practical action such as placing approved materials or correcting a small display with the site's permission. Agree the items, method, personnel requirements and completion evidence before assigning the work.
Customer-journey checks
Explore an authorised test of a store interaction or loyalty process. Use an agreed scenario and appropriate test details to identify process friction. The purpose is to improve the experience, not to create undisclosed individual employee rankings or publish manufactured reviews.
Business-location and event support
Verify business-facing information at an agreed location, check event readiness or support a defined promotional activity. The task must specify access, contact arrangements and what the requesting team needs back.
Coverage and suitability are checked for the actual job. Specialised, hazardous or regulated work is not treated as an ordinary on-demand task.
03
From request to evidence
1. Define the job
Tell us what you need to achieve, where the work should happen, the relevant time window and what counts as completion. A person can submit a brief; an authorised agent can use the enabled integration route.
2. Agree the scope and cost
Check access permissions, task requirements, evidence and exceptions. Confirm the quote and the authority to proceed. A budget ceiling is a limit, not permission to spend it automatically.
3. Coordinate the fieldwork
The field-delivery team arranges a suitable person and confirms acceptance. An API request alone does not mean someone has been assigned. Changes to location, scope or cost go back through the appropriate review.
4. Return the result
Receive the agreed checklist, relevant observations and permitted evidence. Clearly distinguish a completed action from an attempted visit, an unavailable site or a partial result.
5. Continue the workflow
Use the findings in the next approved step: prepare a corrective action, update an account record, review campaign execution or schedule follow-up. Receiving field evidence does not automatically authorise additional spending or changes in another system.
04
Customer growth does not stop at the screen
For loyalty and marketing teams: check that the physical experience matches the offer customers received. Find missing materials or process friction before interpreting a weak response as lack of customer interest.
For sales teams: bring structured observations into account preparation and follow-up. Reduce the gap between the CRM record and what can actually be confirmed at a business location.
For operations teams: coordinate repeatable field requirements without inventing a new brief and reporting format every time. See what was requested, what happened and what remains unresolved.
The value is not simply access to another pair of hands. It is a clearer connection between the work your AI plans, the work a person completes and the evidence your business uses next.
05
Use it with Zemark, Automate or your own agent
With Zemark: add a physical task to an eligible Sales, CRM, Loyalty or Service workflow. Human fieldwork is scoped and charged separately from the software-and-agent bundle.
With Pobuca Automate: include an authorised field task within a wider business process. Keep the same customer context, approvals and follow-through, with a clear handover to the delivery partner.
With your own AI agent: request access to the Field Tasks integration. Supported integrations use the same task, authorisation, status and evidence model rather than a separate anonymous booking process.
Do not have an agent yet? Start with your business need and discuss the simplest way to run the pilot with Pobuca.
06
Human-in-the-loop, beyond the screen
Sometimes an agent needs an experienced person to review its work. Sometimes the next step needs someone at a physical location. Pobuca brings those needs into one connected service approach.
Human oversight: Pobuca's Customer Success team manages and improves the agent within the agreed managed-service scope.
Human field assistance: Rent a Human connects an approved task to a field professional, then brings the result back into the workflow.
Use either service or combine them. Your existing managed-service subscription does not automatically include field visits, and fieldwork does not replace the approvals or controls your business needs.
07
People remain responsible for real-world work
Every job needs an accountable organisation or operator. Field personnel need an understandable scope, safe conditions, permission to access the site and a way to decline or report a problem.
We design the service around those responsibilities. No task should require bypassing access controls, collecting unnecessary personal information, publishing deceptive reviews or carrying out unsafe work.
08
A clear scope before a clear quote
Cost depends on the task, location, timing, required skills and evidence. Any travel, materials or reimbursable expenses should be agreed before execution.
You are commissioning a defined service, not receiving unrestricted access to someone's time. Repeatable task programmes can be discussed separately once the operating model has been tested.
09
Questions before your first task
Is this only for Pobuca customers?
No. The intended service is for Pobuca customers and external organisations operating AI agents. Access is introduced through approved pilots and the supported integration methods shown on the agent page.
Can an AI agent place a request without a person clicking a form?
That is the purpose of the agent integration. When enabled for your account, an authenticated request enters the task workflow directly. Real-world execution still requires valid scope, budget authority and field acceptance. The current API and MCP status is shown separately in the integration guide.
Is an API request the same as a booking?
No. A request starts the process. It becomes an authorised job only after the relevant checks and acceptance steps. The task status makes that distinction visible.
Do you cover every location in Greece?
Availability is confirmed for the task type, postcode, date and access requirements. Tell us where the work is needed; do not assume a published service category guarantees immediate local capacity.
What happens if the store is closed or access is refused?
The worker should report the actual outcome and stop where permission is missing. The agreed visit and cancellation terms determine the next step. A failed attempt must not be reported as successful completion.
What evidence will we receive?
The evidence is agreed with the job: a checklist, structured observations, permitted photographs or other appropriate confirmation. The service should record which evidence was supplied and what it can and cannot establish.
Is this part of Zemark Managed by Pobuca?
It extends the same human-in-the-loop approach into physical execution. Zemark Managed by Pobuca provides human oversight of the agent; Rent a Human adds field assistance for an approved job. They can be combined, but fieldwork is not automatically included in the managed-service subscription and is quoted separately.
Is this RentAHuman.ai?
No. Pobuca Rent a Human is a Pobuca service initiative. It is not presented as an affiliate, local franchise or integration of RentAHuman.ai.
