01
Start with the business process, not the feature list
The same application can support very different operations. A distributor needs account and order context; a professional-services firm needs visibility across a long opportunity cycle; a service team needs reliable ownership of cases and follow-up.
We begin by understanding the people, information and decisions involved. What happens today? Where does information get lost? What must stay in the existing environment? Which changes will make a practical difference to the users?
That creates a shared basis for configuration, integration, reporting and acceptance testing. It also helps distinguish essential requirements from features that can wait.

Dynamics 365 CRM: fit the system to your customer processes
Pobuca undertakes CRM consulting, implementation and customisation around sales, marketing and customer service. Review the account model, contact relationships, sales stages, activities, case processes and management views that your organisation needs.
An engagement can address a new deployment, an existing implementation that no longer fits, or a specific integration problem. We work through the data, forms, permissions and workflows together rather than simply recreate every old spreadsheet as a screen.
Where relevant, connect the CRM with customer data, engagement or loyalty capabilities. Keep the distinction clear between Microsoft applications, Pobuca software and the services required to implement them.

Power BI: turn disconnected reporting into useful decisions
Build reporting around agreed definitions and reliable data sources. Sales pipeline, customer activity, campaign response and service workload can tell conflicting stories when each team calculates its numbers differently.
A Power BI engagement can define the questions, prepare the data, model the measures and create views for the people who use them. Refresh requirements, access and the method of sharing are part of the design — not details added after the dashboard is finished.

Microsoft 365: organise knowledge and collaboration
Help your people work with shared documents, team spaces and business information in a more consistent way. We assess the collaboration problem and the relevant Microsoft 365 environment, including the relationship between Teams, SharePoint and everyday document work.
The aim is not to add another place to store files. It is to establish where approved information lives, who maintains it and how teams use it across real workflows. Adoption and ownership are as important as configuration.

05
Integrations that respect the source of truth
An integration should have a clear purpose: the information it reads, the records it updates and the system that remains authoritative. We define these responsibilities before connecting applications.
For example, the ERP may own product and order information while the CRM owns account activity. A reporting model may combine both without becoming a replacement transaction system. The implementation should specify how failures, duplicates and changes are handled.
Security and access follow the actual environment. We review required permissions and test the agreed scenarios, including what should happen when information is missing or a connected service is unavailable.
06
Add AI where the foundations support it
Reliable records and well-organised knowledge create a stronger starting point for AI. Pobuca Automate can be considered for supported tasks such as preparing account information, maintaining selected records or helping staff use approved business knowledge.
That is a separate scoping decision. We identify the permitted actions, the relevant integrations and where review is needed. Existing system roles and business approvals should not be bypassed simply because an agent is doing the work.
07
A practical delivery path
Understand: review the business need, current configuration, data and constraints.
Design: agree the target process, required changes, responsibilities and acceptance criteria.
Implement: configure, customise, integrate and prepare the relevant data within the agreed scope.
Validate: test real business scenarios with the people who will operate the solution.
Adopt and improve: support the agreed handover, training and next steps. Ongoing support and managed services are defined separately where required.

Questions about working with Pobuca
Can you improve a system implemented by another partner?
We can start with an assessment of the existing implementation, documentation and access. The scope depends on what is in place and what can safely be changed.
Do you only work with retail companies?
No. Our CRM and Microsoft services can support customer-facing operations across industries. We shape the work around the business process rather than a retail-only template.
Can we retain our internal IT team or another delivery partner?
Yes. Agree responsibilities, access and escalation paths at the outset so each team knows what it owns. Partner-led delivery arrangements are also addressed through the Pobuca Partner Program.
Are software licences and ongoing support included?
The proposal separates the required software, implementation and any ongoing services. Do not assume that a project fee includes every application or future change.

Discuss the project you need — not a package you do not.
Bring the process, report or integration that needs attention. We will help you determine the right starting point.
