Measure

Listen more closely. Decide with a clearer view.

Your customers explain their experience in conversations, reviews, messages, surveys and the way they buy. Pobuca Measure helps bring those signals into a more useful picture of customer experience, behaviour and business impact.

Use AI-assisted analysis alongside appropriate operational and survey data. Identify patterns, investigate friction and give the next improvement a measurable purpose.

Make customer feedback useful beyond the individual conversation

A single complaint needs a response. Repeated complaints may reveal a process that needs to change. Customer calls, emails, chats and public feedback can contain valuable detail that is difficult to review consistently at scale.

Measure helps structure relevant voice and text information into topics, sentiment and experience indicators. Bring that analysis together with the operational data available in your environment. Your team can then ask not just how many requests arrived, but what drove them, which themes are changing and where a closer review is justified.

Start with the sources you are entitled to use and the questions you need answered. Coverage is always the connected and processed data — not an assertion that every customer or interaction has been observed.

Three offerings, three complementary questions

CX Metrics: what experience are we delivering?

Organise feedback and service indicators to monitor the customer experience. Explore sentiment, recurring topics and relevant operational measures, then use the findings to prioritise investigation or service improvement.

Keep different methods visible. Direct survey responses, recorded service events and AI-derived interpretations are different forms of evidence. A useful scorecard makes the distinction clear rather than presenting them as interchangeable.

Customer Insights: what patterns explain customer behaviour?

Examine transactions, engagement and customer information to build meaningful segments and understand behaviour. RFM analysis, product associations, customer value and declining activity can help identify where to focus.

Advanced predictive analysis can support prioritisation where suitable data and configuration exist. A prediction is a signal to evaluate, not certainty about a person's future behaviour.

Economic Impact: what value did the initiative deliver?

Connect the evaluation of campaigns, loyalty, service and productivity initiatives to their financial and operational objectives. Review costs, benefits and the quality of the comparison used.

Keep forecasts separate from realised results. Time saved, revenue associated with a campaign and incremental profit are different measures; the right interpretation depends on the evidence available.

Read the NPS, CSAT, CES and VES definitions and how survey responses differ from AI-derived observations.

Economic Impact is licensed software with an Excel interface connected to the Measure BI Engine.

Combine listening with the information you already have

Feedback becomes more useful when interpreted in context. A delivery complaint may relate to a particular process; a decline in repeat purchasing may sit alongside a service problem; a popular product category may provide a useful audience for a campaign.

Connect appropriate customer and operational data through your implementation. Customer 360 can provide relationship context, while Customer Engagement, Customer Service and Automate provide routes to act on the findings. Measure identifies and evaluates signals; it should not be mistaken for every downstream action or licence.

Turn analysis into a working improvement loop

Consider a service team seeing repeated questions after a change to its delivery communications. Review the available conversations, identify the main topics and inspect representative examples. Agree whether the issue is unclear wording, missing information or an operational delay.

Update the relevant knowledge or customer communication, assign the owner and review subsequent evidence over a comparable period. This illustrative workflow joins measurement with a practical decision. It does not assume that sentiment alone proves the cause or that every change creates a measurable uplift.

An effective review also notices what the data cannot answer: missing channels, changes in source coverage, incomplete transactions or groups that are not represented.

Evaluate experience with care

Agree source permissions, recording and retention arrangements, access levels and the intended purpose before connecting data. Analyse the content of authorised customer interactions rather than making unsupported claims about emotion from voice characteristics.

When findings relate to staff or teams, use them with human review and an appropriate organisational process. Customer-experience improvement is not a licence to make automated employment decisions.

The resulting scorecard should help people ask better questions and act responsibly — not hide judgement behind an unexplained number.

Evidence from customer-experience projects

Pobuca's published Elpedison case describes bringing feedback from different channels into a unified approach with sentiment analysis and closed-loop follow-up. It demonstrates the connection between listening and operational response. The relevant source does not establish a universal impact percentage for other businesses.

Start with a defined measurement question

Bring the sources you have and a question you want to answer: why customers contact you repeatedly, which topics are gaining attention, which groups are becoming inactive, or how to assess a customer initiative.

We review data availability, measurement definitions, reporting needs and the people who will use the findings. You can begin with selected Measure trial capabilities or scope an implementation appropriate to your organisation.

Does Measure replace surveys?

It adds other sources of customer evidence. Surveys remain useful for explicit questions and comparable measures. Conversation analysis should complement that evidence, not be silently relabelled as a direct customer survey.

Does it include customer-data and campaign software?

Those are separate capabilities in Customer Intelligence. They can connect with Measure, with the necessary licences and implementation confirmed in the proposal.

Can we compare business units or periods?

Where the data supports it, comparisons can be designed around the relevant dimensions. Source coverage, definitions and periods need to be comparable before drawing conclusions.

Is the trial free access to the whole suite?

No. The trial starts in Measure and has its own approved scope and terms. It is not a permanent free plan or access to all Customer Intelligence offerings.
