01
Built for selling through customer visits and orders
This offering is designed for businesses with field representatives and recurring order-taking activity, including distributors and B2B2C companies serving retail outlets or professional customers.
The rep remains responsible for the relationship. Zemark helps make the information and guidance behind that relationship more accessible: account context, order history, relevant opportunities and follow-through.
If your main need is managing months-long B2B opportunities, stakeholders and account marketing, explore Zemark for CRM. The two offers address different selling situations, even when some information overlaps.
02
Before the visit: know what matters
Zemark can prepare a customer brief from the information connected to the implementation. Bring together recent orders, interactions, agreed actions and relevant account details rather than asking the rep to assemble them across applications.
A useful brief is selective. It highlights what changed, what deserves a question and what could help the next conversation. An inactive product category may be worth discussing; an unresolved request may need attention before a new offer.
The quality of that preparation depends on the available customer, product and transaction information. Your ERP or other source remains authoritative for its operational data.
03
During the visit: put information within reach
Help the rep ask practical questions about the account and available product information without leaving the commercial conversation to search through multiple screens.
Zemark's guidance can support cross-selling, relevant complementary products and appropriate re-order opportunities. The aim is not to push the same suggestion to every customer. It is to help the rep make a better-informed proposal based on the connected information and the customer's situation.
For an assortment discussion, the workflow can compare the account's purchase history with an agreed range or opportunity logic. A missing item is a question to investigate, not proof that the outlet must buy it. Product suitability, availability and commercial rules still matter.
04
After the visit: capture what the conversation produced
The visit should leave a usable record of the outcome: what the customer requested, what was agreed, the next action and any issue that needs another team.
Zemark helps turn the debrief into structured information for the configured CRM or sales process. For an order-taking workflow, the implementation defines the required product, quantity and account details and how the order is passed to the ERP.
Keep order preparation, submission and acceptance distinct. A captured request is not an accepted order until the destination system confirms it. That distinction makes follow-up clearer for both the rep and the back office.
05
Give sales managers a shared operating picture
The value is not limited to a single rep. Visit records, open actions and available sales information can contribute to a common view of activity and opportunities.
Managers can use the configured reporting to understand where follow-up is missing, which accounts need attention and which practices should be shared across the team. This helps reduce dependence on information held only in personal notes or individual memory.
Measure whether the process is working through appropriate indicators: preparation effort, documented visits, follow-up completion, accepted orders and relevant commercial outcomes. A dashboard should separate activity from actual selling results.
06
Choose the level of sales support your team needs
Every plan combines the relevant software with Zemark, the AI expert trained to use it. The published Sales offering has two levels.
Essentials focuses on a customer profile built from ERP, CRM and email information, pre-visit customer briefs and automated visit reporting in CRM, for teams of up to 10 sellers.
Professional builds on that foundation with in-visit coaching, a sales-manager dashboard and analytics, ERP / Dynamics 365 integration. The published plan does not impose a seller-count limit.
The subscription includes setup and integrations for the selected plan’s agreed scope, with no separate setup or integration fees. Software maintenance and AI-engine improvements are included; business support follows the applicable plan and agreement.
Pobuca's people can also manage Zemark on your behalf through the separately charged Customer Success service.
See support hours and contractual options, subject to your plan’s entitlements.

An example: a distributor preparing the next outlet visit
A rep is visiting a grocery outlet that regularly buys several product lines. Before the meeting, Zemark assembles the recent order pattern and the outstanding follow-up. During the conversation, the rep explores a relevant additional item and checks the supported product information.
Afterwards, the rep shares the outcome. The configured workflow records the request, prepares the order information and identifies an action for the next visit. The ERP's response confirms whether the order was accepted.
This is an illustrative workflow. The exact data, recommendations and transaction steps are agreed for the distributor's environment.
08
Start with a representative route or customer group
The discovery process identifies the selling situation, source systems and tasks that create the most friction. A focused implementation can then test whether reps receive useful briefs, understand the recommendations and capture the right outcomes.
Training should cover the practical workflow and its limits: which facts to verify, how to correct information, and when to involve the back office. AI assistance becomes valuable when it fits how your team actually sells.
Is this an AI replacement for the salesperson?
No. The proposition supports the rep's preparation, judgement and follow-through. Your team owns the customer relationship and commercial decisions.
Is Zemark for Sales the same as Zemark for CRM?
No. Sales focuses on field visits and orders. CRM focuses on accounts, contacts and opportunities in longer B2B sales cycles.
Can Zemark submit orders to our ERP?
That is part of the order-taking use case where the integration and permissions are configured. Required checks, approval and confirmation behaviour are defined during implementation.
Can it identify products a customer is not buying?
The workflow can support that analysis using available transaction and product information and agreed opportunity logic. The result should be reviewed in its commercial context.
Do you promise a specific sales increase?
No universal percentage is appropriate. We establish relevant measures and evaluate the effect in your operating environment.
